KIDS CROSSFIT & ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE (For Teens)

Our Kids CrossFit and Athletic Performance classes are designed to build strength, confidence, and athleticism in young athletes. Using the CrossFit methodology tailored for kids and teens, we focus on developing a foundation for lifelong fitness in a fun and supportive environment.

Key Components:

  • Diet: Learn how nutrition supports performance and overall well-being.
  • Metabolic Conditioning: Build endurance through exercises that challenge different energy systems, helping kids perform better in sports and daily activities.
  • Gymnastics: Improve body control, flexibility, and coordination through bodyweight movements.
  • Weightlifting & Throwing: Develop strength and power by learning proper lifting techniques and throwing mechanics.
  • Sport: Engage in fun, sport-specific drills that build both skills and team dynamics.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

In our Kids CrossFit and Athletic Performance classes, every workout is fun, engaging, and educational. Our programs are adaptable for various skill levels, whether your child is new to fitness or an experienced athlete. Classes are coach-led and progress in a way that helps participants safely grow and improve.

Each session typically lasts about 60 minutes and includes:

  • A dynamic warm-up with movements designed to prepare the body for the workout.
  • Skill development with clear instruction on movement patterns and techniques.
  • A fun, high-energy workout where kids and teens challenge themselves while building confidence.

Our classes are perfect for athletes looking to improve their strength, agility, and performance in other sports or those just beginning their fitness journey.

We have filtered water available to our members. Other snacks and drinks are available for purchase.

We take all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks.

What kind of exercises can I expect during a workout?

Our class programming will include a strength portion in which you’ll work on something like Olympic weightlifting, deadlifting, squatting, or bodyweight strength or you may work on a skill like handstand push-ups. After the strength or skill portion of the class is complete, most days will involve a workout that was programmed for that specific day. Workouts can be anywhere between 5 to 20 minutes or more.

Do I have to stop eating my favorite foods to be healthy?

No! A healthy lifestyle has to be manageable and realistic for the long term. Do enjoy special indulgences and meals! The healthier you are, the healthier you tend to want to eat. You get hooked on feeling good, and junk food just isn’t worth it. By avoiding excessive amounts of refined carbohydrates and measuring your intake of protein, carbohydrates, and fat, you will see dramatic, measurable increases in health.
