ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE (Ages 13-18)
This program is designed for middle and high school athletes looking to improve their strength, speed, power, and overall athleticism. Whether in-season or off-season, teens will train with purpose using elements of CrossFit, strength training, and sport-specific conditioning. Our coaching staff helps athletes move better, reduce injury risk, and perform at a higher level in their sport. It’s ideal for teens who want to get stronger, faster, and more confident in their performance.

CROSSFIT KIDS (Ages 8-12)

Our CrossFit Kids program introduces children to fitness through fun, high-energy classes that feel more like play than workouts. We focus on building coordination, balance, flexibility, and confidence through age-appropriate movements and games. This program helps kids develop a love for movement while laying the groundwork for lifelong health and fitness. All classes are guided by certified coaches who prioritize safety, encouragement, and positive reinforcement.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Each 60-minute class is coach-led and follows a structured format: dynamic warm-up, skill or strength development, and a workout tailored to the age and ability of the group. Movements are scaled to ensure safety, progress, and challenge for all participants.

KEY COMPONENTS WE FOCUS ON:

  • Diet: Lays the foundation for growth, energy, and long-term health. We promote simple, age-appropriate nutrition habits.
  • Metabolic Conditioning: Improves endurance and cardiovascular health through fun, challenging workouts.
  • Gymnastics: Builds control, coordination, and flexibility using bodyweight movements.
  • Weightlifting & Throwing: For older kids and teens, we teach proper technique to safely build strength and power.
  • Sport: Encourages teamwork, leadership, and competitiveness through games and sport-inspired drills

We take all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks.

What kind of exercises can I expect during a workout?

Our class programming will include a strength portion in which you’ll work on something like Olympic weightlifting, deadlifting, squatting, or bodyweight strength or you may work on a skill like handstand push-ups. After the strength or skill portion of the class is complete, most days will involve a workout that was programmed for that specific day. Workouts can be anywhere between 5 to 20 minutes or more.

Do I have to stop eating my favorite foods to be healthy?

No! A healthy lifestyle has to be manageable and realistic for the long term. Do enjoy special indulgences and meals! The healthier you are, the healthier you tend to want to eat. You get hooked on feeling good, and junk food just isn’t worth it. By avoiding excessive amounts of refined carbohydrates and measuring your intake of protein, carbohydrates, and fat, you will see dramatic, measurable increases in health.
